PsyZoo Comics to offer a Pathetic Initial Public Offering
Pat Moore, president/author and CEO of PsyZoo Comics announced today that PsyZoo Comics is offering 49% of it's ownership divided into 1,000,000 shares. This Pathetic Initial Public Offering (or PIPO)will be priced at $0.10 per share. "After disastrous attempts to monetize PsyZoo through advertising, subscriptions, donations and affiliate marketing, we (which only include myself right now) have come to this ultimate resort".

PsyZoo is one of the fastest growing source of entertainment on the internet. With a staggering average of 2.5 character-less comic strips per month being produced, PsyZoo has a large team of talented and dedicated artists putting their best efforts and time into the production of PsyZoo comic strips. PsyZoo comic strips have been quoted to be the "Best Ever" (although also the "Worst Ever") comic strip being produced. The market potential is enormous for decor-less and character-less comic strips.
So how sound of an investment can this be? "Considering that we are almost making enough to buy one cup of cofee per week, we believe that long-term investors buying PsyZoo Comics shares could hope re-gaining about half of their investment over a 25 year period. This largely beats the industry's average." said Mr. Moore. "If investor's can't wait that long to loose money, they will be able to offer their shares for sale at a lower price immediately after purchase". As an added protection to investors, PsyZoo Comics will cap share ownership possibility to 1,000 shares. "We want to keep people laughing, not start crying" added the CEO. "We strongly believe however that owning PsyZoo shares should be part of any good loosing portfolio". PsyZoo stock options going above this 1,000 threshold could also be offered to key PsyZoo fan supporters and friends.
The goal of this Pathetic Initial Public Offering is to raise more funds to produce more PsyZoo comics strips and of course... to entertain readers.
No Guarantee of Ownership Certificates will be emailed to all new PsyZoo Comics shareholders. Although this PIPO may look more like a plain disguised donation scheme at this time, the commitment to honor shareholding ratio's is very real and sincere in the event that PsyZoo readership and revenues would explode.
